Carlos A. Martinez, PT

Carlos started his Physical Therapy career in 1987 when he enlisted into the U.S. Air Force. Carlos left the Air Force in 1993 where he worked as a Physical Therapy assistant. He went on to receive his B.S. degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University where he graduated with honors in 1995. Carlos has specialized in Orthopedics and has an extensive background in various musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Mr. Martinez is a member of Beta Kappa Chi National Scientific Honor Society, Golden Key National Honor Society and College of Allied Health Sciences National Honor Society. He is also a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association. He has worked in the Worker's Compensation industry for over 8 years and was trained by one of the Washington Metropolitan area's leading industrial rehabilitation specialists. He has worked closely with physicians, nurse case managers, vocational rehabilitation specialists, insurance adjusters and attorneys.

Craig McFarland

Craig McFarland, PT

Craig has been a practicing physical therapist for 23 years. He is certified in manual therapy and is an expert in treating spine conditions. He is extremely proactive in the care his patients receive as well as being committed to providing the best health care to all of his patients. He received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University in 1987.

Craig started his career treating patients as a Physical Therapist in the U.S. Navy at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Throughout his career, he has treated a multitude of orthopedic and neurological patients in a pain management and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practices.

In June 2008, Craig received his Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy from Hands-On Seminars after completing 6 courses in trigger point and advanced manual therapy techniques. Most recently in May 2010, he received the Maryland Certification for Rehabilitation Service Provider from the Maryland Worker's ompensation Commission. In an effort to expand his management skills, Craig received a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University in 2002.

Mylah Garlington, PT

Mylah Garlington received a Bachelor in Allied Health with a concentration in physical therapy from Howard University in 2002. She then continued her studies at Georgia State University where she received a Master's n Physical Therapy. She has been practicing physical therapy for 5 years. Over that time she has pursued advanced coursework in orthopedic manual therapy. In her spare time, Mylah enjoys taking dance classes and training for triathlons.

Tammy L. Baldauf, PTA & VPO

Tammy started in the Physical Therapy field in 1985, when she attended classes at Penn State University and became a Pennsylvania Certified Horseback Riding Instructor. She started the Schuylkill County Therapeutic Riding Program and worked with several Physical and Occupational Therapists while working closely with physically and mentally challenged children and adults. In 1986 she became a Nationally Certified Riding Instructor for the North American Handicapped Riding Association. In 2000 she moved to Maryland and began working for the National Center for Therapeutic Riding. Tammy graduated from Carroll Community College in 2003 with honors. She received her Associates in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. After graduation, she began her professional career with CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services LLC. She has worked closely with Carlos A. Martinez, PT in treating various orthopedic musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Dominique Gross, Work Hardening Coordinator

Dominique Gross is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park. She received a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Public Health in December 2008. While earning her degree she volunteered in her community, as well as participated in campus-organized activities. She began working at Eppley Recreation Center in 2006 assisting clients with the proper workouts to achieve their ultimate goal. In 2008, Dominique began working at CAM Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Aide assisting patients through therapy sessions. Since graduation she has began working full-time with the CAM family as the Work Hardening Coordinator. She organizes exercises and work simulated activities for patients in the Work Hardening Program to prepare them to go back to work at there pre-injury state. Dominique plans to attend graduate school in the near future to obtain a masters degree in public health.

Lincy Soman

Lincy Soman, MPT Physical Therapist

Lincy started her Physical Therapy career at Howard University in 1996. She graduated with honors in 2000 with her Bachelors in Health Management and then in 2003 with her Masters in Physical Therapy. She has received numerous honors during her time at Howard, including Division of Allied Health Sciences, National Epsilon Tau Sigma and the Golden Key National Honors Society. In addition to being a member of the Dean's List Honoree she was also presented with the Highest Academic Achievement Award for Allied Health Sciences in 2000. Lincy is a licensed Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. She has worked with patients with musculoskeletal, auto, work-related and personal injuries. She believes in individualized treatment care with a team approach. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with the family, traveling and staying active.
